Bart J. Eagle
Attorney, Mediator, Arbitrator

Mediation

Clients, courts, and parties increasingly turn to mediation as a fast and cost-effective way to resolve disputes. Mr. Eagle helps parties efficiently achieve negotiated resolutions of commercial, labor, employment, and other disputes — some in litigation and others where the parties seek to avoid going to court. Mr. Eagle is an empaneled mediator in federal and state courts in New York, the American Arbitration Association, and the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) Co-op and Condo Mediation Project, and is also selected by parties for private mediations.

Arbitration

Parties may select arbitration as the forum to resolve disputes rather than proceeding with standard litigation in state or federal court. Arbitration is a private proceeding wherein one or more arbitrators will hear the case and render an award, which is enforceable in court. Mr. Eagle is on the American Arbitration Association’s roster of arbitrators.
