Dispute Resolution Chair Jeff Anderson in presenting the Chuck Newman Award to Noah Hanft at NYSBA Annual Meeting. Noah, a dispute resolution luminary, is a wonderful mentor to so many in our community and best exemplifies the qualities of Chuck Newman, in whose honor the award is named.

Mr. Eagle is on the Planning Committee for the 2024 Mediation Tournament, sponsored by the New York State Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section. The event is open to LLM students nationwide. The Tournament features three-member teams of law students to display advanced mediation and advocacy skills as mediators, advocates, and in-house client representatives.

Mr. Eagle will be co-moderating a panel at the April 16th 2024 Virtual Annual Meeting of the Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association. The panel will elicit user feedback to target best practices in the two leading mechanisms of Dispute Resolution: ADR Through the Eyes of Users – What Works and What Doesn’t.
